Admissions Information Meeting

Please complete and submit the Admission Application form below. Also note the following key steps for students to enroll and join classes into our IEC Academy program at Mid-Year:

Step 1. Parent/Guardian to Schedule for 1-on-1 Meeting with IEC Admission Counselor

🎓 To ensure smooth processing and accurate placement, please submit your Online Application shown below, and check your email to setup 1-on-1 Meeting with IEC Admissions Create Admissions Counselor.

🎓 Also, please send an email to IEC Admissions ( ) confirming that you are ready for Parent & Student 1-on-1 meeting with an IEC Admission Counselor, and indicate your family availability, days and times, for us to schedule the meeting (for about an hour+).

Step 2. Register Parent Account on IEC Academy’s School System

🎓 Note: Following Steps are required only AFTER your 1-on-1 meeting and decision to proceed with your student Admissions Processing.

🎓 Please Create Parent Account at https://iec.schoolpro.net where you will complete your profile and add your student information, and pay the student Admissions fee.

Step 3. Gather Required Student School Documents

🎓 Please gather student’s most recent Academic Records in order to submit for the IEC Admission Office to review and process the application effectively. Incomplete documentation will result in delays in processing and the student may be delayed in joining his/her classes..

🎓 Note: After gathering the required documents listed below, then contact IEC Academy to schedule a Follow-up Meeting with IEC Admissions Counselor to review the required student school documents.

(a) Students Transferring from Public/Private School:

• Student’s ID (Birth Certificate, Government Issued ID, etc)
• Most Recent School Report Card
• Most recent Transcript (high school students)
• Student Discipline/Behavior Records
• Student Attendance Records
• Student Records of Awards, Certificates, and Achievements in Academics & Extracurricular Activities

(b) Students Transferring from Homeschool:

• Student’s ID (Birth Certificate, Government Issued ID, etc)
• Student Work Samples
• Samples of Student Work, including:
  • Snapshots of the most recent writing assignments completed independently
  • Snapshots of the most recent math assignments completed by the student
• Optional: Student Records of Awards, Certificates, and Achievements in Academics & Extracurricular Activities from prior Public or Private schools.

Step 4. Parent/Guardian to Schedule Follow-up Meeting with IEC Admission Counselor

🎓 Send an email to IEC Admissions ( ) confirming that you have completed the above steps and ready for Parent & Student Interview with an IEC Admission Counselor. Also, please indicate your availability days and times for us to schedule the Parent-Student Interview (for about an hour+).

Note: the interview is to review the required student school documents for completeness and processing Admission Acceptance.
